In June 2018 another workshop/retreat was added to the mix. Rather than watercolor, we spent the week with a different media each day--textiles with Shibori and
weaving, printmaking, jewelry, pouring acrylics and more! It was a tremendous success and will be added as a second Ghost Ranch week for Spring!

My "Waiting in Ireland" photograph won 2nd place Art of the Month at the Feb Visual Arts of Lewisville meeting.
In February I gave watercolor demos to the Grand Prairie Art Asso ("Exploring Texture and Watercolor")
and in Fort Worth to Society of Watercolor Artists ("Painting from Your Travel Photos--Cambodia").
"Thirsty Too" won 2nd place as Art of the Month at the Visual Arts Society of Texas January meeting. It
